The Grinspoon Institute for Jewish Philanthropy seeks a full-time employee for the position of Mentor.

WHAT DOES A MENTOR DO?

As a Mentor you will use your Organizational Development Consultant Skills to provide consulting services to nonprofit Jewish camps in the areas of:

  • Board Development and Governance
  • Strategic Planning
  • Fundraising
  • Leadership Coaching

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

The successful candidate will have:

  • Nonprofit Management and Consulting Experience
  • Ability to Travel up to 30 Percent of the Time throughout the U.S.
  • Nonprofit Fundraising Experience (Highly Preferred)
  • Master's Degree (Preferred)

Additionally, qualified candidates will provide evidence of a successful track record in organizing, planning, and coordinating the development of work plans for nonprofit groups.

Candidates must also be adept at working with diverse groups of individuals, including professional staff and volunteers. In addition, candidates will show demonstrated success with major fundraising and possess outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary commensurate with experience.
