Digital Marketing Coordinator



PJ Library, a program of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, sends free Jewish storybooks and activities to kids around the world. Since its start in 2005, PJ Library has grown to become the largest worldwide engagement program for Jewish children and families, with over 680,000 books reaching homes in more than 35 countries every month. New generations are growing up with a collection of books rooted in Jewish traditions, culture, and values, and the stories help families add Jewish connections during reading time.

Position Overview

The Harold Grinspoon Foundation (HGF) is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to reach new audiences and drive more enrollments to grow our PJ Library program. This is a role for someone who enjoys the mixture of data and creative. The coordinator is responsible for organizing and implementing paid campaigns across social, programmatic display and audio, connected TV, and search. This is a full-time position reporting the Communications Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage the digital advertising calendar

  • Help create strategies and tests to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns

  • Maintain project status and timeline for digital marketing campaigns, communicating updates regularly

  • Liaise between inhouse creative and third-party creative and technology vendors to prep and implement campaigns

  • Work with vendor to manage keywords and ads for paid search

  • Work with web team to implement landing pages for digital marketing campaigns

  • Keep email lists current on social platforms and vendor platforms

  • Monitor performance to optimize campaigns

  • Create campaign reports using web and vendor analytics

  • Identify trends and insights through data reporting

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years' experience in digital marketing and advertising

  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail

  • Project management experience a plus

  • Knowledge of web analytics - Google Analytics certified a plus

  • Eagerness to learn and keep up with trends in the digital marketing space

  • Experience in both strategic multichannel marketing and maintaining digital brand consistency

  • Ability to work independently on several concurrent projects

  • Must be skilled in communication and collaboration

  • Experience in enhancing the frontline customer journey, driving traffic to a company's main site

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quality-oriented environment

  • Active on social media

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of time working on a computer.
