Just in time for Hanukkah, PJ Library is making several of its books, holiday guides, and family-friendly gifts available for purchase in a new online store!
US shoppers can stop by to find a selection of PJ Publishing favorites for kids ages 0–8, including Hanukkah at Monica’s by Varda Livney and Antlers with Candles by Chris Barash. Or browse through several PJ Publishing books from the PJ Our Way collection, geared toward readers 9–12, including the new Trouble Finds Evie Lefkowitz by Diana Harmon Asher.
Other unique PJ Library offerings in the store include the beloved In Every Generation: A PJ Library Family Haggadah, and our two holiday guides: A Time to Grow: A PJ Library Family Guide for Starting the Jewish New Year and A Time to Hope: A PJ Library Guide for Hanukkah Through Purim.
“Part of the magic of PJ Library is that it comes, without fail, to families’ mailboxes every month,” says Jamie Light, Deputy Director, PJ Library. “So, as we built our store to be inclusive of not only books, but also thoughtfully created ways to help families engage with Jewish holidays, values, and rituals at home, we wanted to make sure our resources were more widely available. Whether you’re a current subscriber looking for a new copy of a well-loved book or a grandparent looking to create new traditions with your family, the store is a fantastic resource to enhance or begin to build your own collection.”
The store also features gifts like the PJ Library apron and PJ Library calendar, both of which help families bring stories and holidays off the pages and into their homes in creative, hands-on ways.
“It’s a great way to get and give more of the things you love from PJ Library,” adds Light. “And you can feel good knowing that every purchase helps us share more joyful Jewish stories with families everywhere.”
